Charter Committees
WISE is an international membership organization which exists to broadly disseminate the administrative solutions of humanitarian and author L. Ron Hubbard. It charters local groups of WISE members to establish and administer the membership and dissemination of these solutions in their areas. Known as Charter Committees they are very proud of their activities and compete with fellow WISE member Charter Committees around the world — all to the end of creating a new civilization based on ethics, productivity and exchange.
