Making Our Purpose Their Purpose

For a long, long time, I've had a basic purpose to bring ethics and sanity to top leaders. It's a purpose embraced by WISE's CEO's Circle Membership mission statement: To strategically operate to get LRH admin tech into top corporations, communities, states and governments in their countries.
In the last few years, I've started to pursue this purpose more and more. I've delivered LRH admin tech seminars to US legislators for the last four years. After one of them, I had an opportunity to help create an organizing board for a policy-making committee—a taskforce of legislators.
Founded after the terrorist attacks of 9-11, this committee was entrusted with addressing how Terrorism, Crime and Drugs interrelated. The purpose of the taskforce was to partner policy makers with prominent researchers, educators and the private sector (business owners), and to create a think-tank to provide solutions and submit policies for consideration by Congress and in many cases to go on to become law.
After a senior official in the US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) (responsible for reducing the demand side of the drug problem—the users) was shown the organizing board in a meeting with the Task Force Directors, it became an instant hit. One committee member grabbed a copy and said something on the order of "There's a saying on the 'hill' (Capitol Hill) — those who are organized win!"
The reason it was such a hit was because it assigned duties and responsibilities and so answered the main questions of: Who was supposed to do the Public Relations Campaign? Where did the Legislators fit in? What was the overall product?
With the help of this organizing board a national anti-drug campaign was launched with every State organized to promote a united anti-drug message against the "ecstasy" drug. LRH's Organizing Board tech made it immediately clear to all involved that the campaign would have to result in valuable final products and each person would be accountable for their personal production of valuable final products. Such concepts were not new at all, what was COMPLETELY NEW was that this organizing system isolated precisely which areas were productive and which were not. It became possible to enforce accountability at all echelons (both financially and otherwise) and so see that taxpayers' dollars got a return. The campaign became one of the DEA's most successful campaigns (statistics on the use of ecstasy decreased). And due to the success of this program, another anti-drug campaign is currently being considered by a government agency In partnership with this taskforce.
Officials involved saw they could use statistics to monitor the program's workability and so gauge its success against dollars invested. Some even saw how this technology could bring an end to the national deficit if government programs consistently brought in a higher return than what was invested. In delivering to such officials, I have found a number of actions extremely successful:
a) I have worked one-on-one with officials introducing them to LRH tech and applying to their lives the solutions they needed.
b) Seminars are an excellent means of contacting officials. I delivered a series of workshops to legislators. These covered LRH basics such as the Tone Scale, the Affinity Reality Communication Triangle and the Social and Anti-Social Personality and how these applied to organizations.
c) Finally, training on LRH's policies on Public Relations Series has been invaluable.
Following one of my seminars, a legislator reached to know more. I trained her on what lies at the root of all bad conditions and how to recognize those whose sole goal is destruction and chaos. The legislator realized she was surrounded by a number of suppressive staff, this was later confirmed when they appeared on an FBI terrorist list. Needless to say, this legislator, after learning the characteristics of the social and anti-social personalities has now surrounded herself with social personalities.
